Believe You Can
How many times have you said the phrase, “I CAN’T”, this week? Sometimes, we say it multiple times in one day. There are a lot of things that we think we CAN’T. We can’t do this, we can’t have that — so many limitations that we sometimes forget we also have an infinite number of possibilities. You might be living far below your privileges. Take the human mind for example. According to science, we are only using a small percent of our brain. Though this is an unsolidified truth, it is definite that most humans only use a small percentage of their true potential. We see many people make headlines and many names get into history books because those people tried their best to use their potential to do a great change. Although making it into history books is not our goal, we should reach into that potential and believe in our God-given ability to do more. “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. (Jeremiah 1:5) This scripture did not just pertain to Jeremiah, but to all of God’s children. He knows each and every one of us and has ordained us a task to do while in this mortal life. Say “Ï CAN” more often than you’ve been using “I can’t”. God has ordained us and trusted us when He let us into this world to be able to do good. Continue your journey of self-discovery, and with God’s help, you will see the real purpose of why you are here on this earth. God has said, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Matthew 7: 7) Keep seeking and all things will be added unto you.
